TERRI SCHEID:

Terri has served as an Officer in the Beverly Hills PTA for many years. She has also been active in coaching with the AYSO Soccer Program, the Beverly Hills Basketball League and the T-Ball Baseball League for kids.

Terri has also been a Volunteer at Cedars-Sinai Hospital and an active Member of the Wheels on Wheels program for the Elderly and Infirm.

Other Community contributions include Terri’s Service as a Docent at the Getty Museum and Volunteer at the Beverly Hills Schools including Horace Mann, El Rodeo, Beverly Vista, Hawthorne and Beverly High.

PHILLIP SCHEID:

As a Member of the Scheid Realty Team, Phillip Scheid does Marketing, Advertising, Market Analysis and Accounting and Administration. Phillip has been a Candidate for the Beverly Hills Board of Education, and the President of Beverly Hills Community Television Cable Station (BHTV).

Phillip was also a Vice President of the Beverly Hills PTA, and later the Auditor for the Hawthorne School PTA. Philip was Elected to the Hawthorne School Site Committee, and appointed to the El Rodeo Shool Site Committee.

Mr. Scheid has been involved with the City of Beverly Hills, and served, along with two Beverly Hills Mayors and the City Manager, on the General Plan (City Charter) Revision Committee at City Hall.

Phillip was a Coach with the AYSO Soccer Program, the Beverly Hills Basketball League, the Pop Warner Football League and Beverly Hills Baseball League.

Mr. Scheid also served as the Chairman of the Police and Fire Committee of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, Government Relations Committee.

Prior to joining Scheid Realty Int’l, Mr. Scheid was a Financial Analyst, International Banker, Manufacturer and Real Estate Investor.
