Terri Scheid has been a Real Estate Professional for over 20 years. After College, Terri joined a Property Management Firm, and later became a Real Estate Appraiser. Her background as a Manager and Appraiser have been of tremendous value in her Career.
Terri joined Fred Sands Realtors, now Coldwell Banker, and became a Top Producer in their Beverly Hills Office. In 1986, Terri realized there was a need for a more Personalized and Professional approach to Real Estate. so she Founded and Organized Scheid Realty. Terri and her Firm have represented many High-End Buyers and Sellers, Celebrity Clients and Foreign Dignitaries.
As a Homeowner in Beverly Hills, Terri has been deeply involved in the community. She has raised 3 children, who all attended the Beverly Hills Schools. Terri has been active in the Beverly Hills PTA, the AYSO Soccer Program, the Cedars Sinai Hospital Volunteer Program and the Meals on Wheels Volunteer Program.
